Tony Terrell advises clients on commercial real estate strategies and specializes in negotiating agreements for the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate space. Prior to joining Carter Hill, Tony represented Lee & Associates, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, providing creative solutions for tenants, landlords, and investors. Tony has assisted occupiers of office, retail, multi-family, medical, flex, and light industrial space in securing short- and long-term leases while helping investors make sound commercial real estate investments.
Tony began his commercial real estate career in 2006 representing Hefner Realty Group and TRI Commercial in Sacramento, CA. Prior to becoming a commercial real estate professional, he gained extensive corporate experience with Anheuser-Busch and Coors Brewing Company, managing sales and marketing activities in major markets throughout the country. Tony has been acknowledged throughout the beverage industry for developing innovative sales and marketing programs for distributor partners.
A former competitive athlete, Tony played NCAA Division 1 Basketball at Alabama State University in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Outside of work, Tony is passionate about giving back to the community and serves as a Lead Coach with the First Tee of Metro Atlanta. He also founded the “9 to Vibe” Golf League to bring business professionals together to network and give back to the local community through the game of golf. He is also an Air Force Veteran, serving eight honorable years with tours to Korea and Japan.
