In his role as Advisor, Dylan Colter works closely with Carter Hill Advisors’ senior leadership to deliver clients relevant and impactful commercial estate solutions. Dylan is passionate about delivering superior client service and brings a unique mix of sales skills, specialized real estate education, and business experience to his role. Before joining Carter Hill Advisors, Dylan was an Associate with Bull Realty Partners, where he was part of a top-performing brokerage team focused on investment sales. In that role, he focused on market research, transaction management, and business development.  

Dylan received an NCAA athletic lacrosse scholarship and a President’s Honor academic scholarship.  He holds his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
