Tiffany brings a unique analytical dimension to the Transaction Manager role. With a dual-track background in Data Science and Business Administration (MBA), she goes beyond standard reporting to perform advanced financial modeling. She utilizes tools like SQL and Excel to calculate Total Cost of Occupancy (TCO) and Net Present Value (NPV), converting raw market data into clear financial insights that inform client strategy.

Prior to joining Carter Hill Advisors, Tiffany worked as a Real Estate Paralegal at firms including Weissman and Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC. This background provides her with the procedural fluency to serve as an effective liaison with outside legal counsel. Tiffany specializes in tracking changes, reviewing non-legal redlines, and ensuring that the final lease contracts accurately reflect the negotiated business terms found in the Letter of Intent (LOI). Her experience ensures that the transition from “business deal” to “legal document” is handled with precision and speed.
